It is located in the center of the Baells reservoir, where you can enjoy water sports and bring your own equipment, such as paddle boards or canoes. There is also a playground and a football and basketball court 30 meters away, next to a picnic area with several barbecues and a bar, near the natural springs of Font Gran. Tennis and paddle courts are just a 15-minute walk away, and the ski resort is 30 minutes by car. The area offers hiking trails, the coal mine museum, the Fumanya dinosaur interpretation center, Lake Taumi, and the Pedraforca adventure park, where you can enjoy activities such as ziplining. You will find free street parking and an electric vehicle charging service one minute from the house. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. A barbecue is available (charcoal not provided).
